I love walking with women and their families through the unique season of pregnancy. It is such an exciting time but can also be filled with a lot of fear and unknowns. My hope is to encourage women in this fun but often difficult time, reminding them of who they are in Christ. Our bodies were created for this..truly a miracle!

As a birth doula, I support women and their families during the labor and delivery of their babies. Using knowledge and evidence based techniques I help support physically and emotionally as this is a huge transformation of the entire family. My goal is always to bond the family closer as they enter this new life together.

As a mother of three, who has personally experienced postpartum depression, I have a huge heart for women in this time of life. Unfortunately it often gets overlooked because of the attention on the new baby. My focus after birth is checking in on the new mama. Everyone else is focused on the baby..including her.
